NOTE: I travel extensively and am able to respond to email infrequently. Of the hundreds of people that have purchased from this site - thank you. Of those that have had issues downloading (only 3 so far!) apologies. I do respond when I can - if infrequently. Summers are the worst but I do respond (this is not a full time job so my customer service times are lacking...maybe I should outsource). Typically, I'll check to see if there is an actual issue, test and at the least will email you a set a of plans if I can't get downloads to work for you. This Winter I will put together a FAQ section for to cover what to do if you have issues or questions. Again, Thanks!
